S_Dial Work indicators
新年開始，我們已發現S_Dial Work indicators的生產偏差。事實上，我們觀察到一些電子錶的移動不平滑，有時甚至會卡住。這是來自於傳感器的組裝問題，特別是在裝配和控制過程後發生膠水溢出，並在電子錶移動時產生磨擦力。現在我們已修改組裝過程，避免了這個問題。不幸的是，即使此問題現在已經解決了，2015年6月和2016年2月之間生產的電子錶仍然受此問題影響。
受影響的電子錶的序列號範圍為1522xxxx到1609xxxx，在出貨給您的客戶前，我們強烈建議， 請檢查你的庫存依照上述的序號。
至於你確定有缺陷的電子錶，你可以將它們送回SYLVAC進行更換，也可以自行拆卸電子錶和手工切出多餘的膠水以更正此問題。下面的圖片顯示在您需要切除多餘的膠水的地方。這種方式可以更快修復並省下運費。
 
Hi_Gage One
Hi_Gage的鎖定系統現已改良。它的確可能發生在某些Hi_Gage One托架不能正確地鎖住。這是由於在組裝過程中的鎖定系統的不正確的調整引起的。實際上，在一定的操作時間後，其中一個調整螺釘會被鬆動。
現在我們已修改Hi_Gage One的組裝程序，以避免這樣的問題。然而，為了盡快為客戶解決這個問題，你也可以很容易地按照下面的說明調整鎖定系統。


S_Cal EVO
在一些狀況下，S_Cal EVO的可編程按鈕可能無法正常工作。如果這個按鈕被強力按下或密集使用，會發生以上問題。
為了強化按鈕並防止此類問題發生，現在我們已經加強機械設計。
不幸的是，即使這部分已經解決，市面上一些S_Cal EVO仍存在問題。然而，這些為改良的S_Cal EVO可以很容易從序列號來判斷。序列號幾碼在15485049之前的S_Cal EVO都存在此問題。
如果你正面臨著類似上述的可編程按鈕問題，請把有缺陷的S_Cal EVO寄回SYLVAC進行更換。我們強烈建議，請檢查您的庫存。

S_Dial Work indicators
Beginning of this year, we have discovered a production deviation regarding the S_Dial Work indicators. We indeed have observed that on some of our indicators the movement of the shaft is not smooth and can sometimes even be blocked. Actually this comes from the sensor assembling, especially the glue which can overflow after the assembly and control process and this can create a friction on the shaft. We have now modified our assembly process to avoid this problem. Unfortunately, even if this has now been solved, the instruments produced between June 2015 and February 2016 can still be affected by this problem. 
The affected instruments are in the serial number range of 1522xxxx to 1609xxxx and we strongly recommend you to check your stock accordingly before to ship the instruments to your customers. 
 
Regarding the defective instruments that you have identified, you can either send them back to Sylvac for replacement or you can correct this problem by disassembling the instrument and cutting out manually the excess of glue. The picture below shows where you need to check the excess of glue. This way you can make the repair quicker and more efficiently without sending back the instrument. 
 
Hi_Gage One
The locking system of the Hi_Gage One has now been improved. It could indeed happen that on some instruments the carriage cannot be blocked correctly. This was due to an incorrect adjustment of the locking system during the assembly process. Actually one of the adjusting screws could be loose after a certain operating time. 
We have now modified our assembly process to avoid this kind of problem. However in order to solve this problem quickly for the customer, you can also easily readjust the locking system by following the below instructions.


S_Cal EVO
In certain conditions, the programmable button of the S_Cal EVO might not work properly. This can happen especially if this button is strongly pressed or intensively used. 
We have now improved the mechanical design in order to strengthen this button and prevent this kind of problem. 
 
Unfortunately, even if this has now been solved, some instruments which can potentially be affected by this problem are already on the market. However these instruments can easily be identified with the serial number. Indeed the affected instruments have a serial number prior to 15485049. 
If you are facing similar problem with the programmable button, please send back the defective instruments to Sylvac for replacement. We also recommend you to check your stock accordingly.
